    　　聊到年轻球员的心态管理，小贾伦表示，职业生涯想要稳步提升，最关键的是稳住自身情绪，不能赢球就过度亢奋、遭遇低谷便心态崩盘。同时千万不要抵触日复一日枯燥的基础训练，长期稳定的沉淀才是提升实力的根基。    Colombo, Oct 12 (UNI) Former Norwegian Minister Erik Solheim has been appointed an International Climate Adviser to Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe along with former Maldivian President Mohamed Nasheed, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.
Solheim said in a Twitter post that he was proud to be named the President's International Climate Adviser together with Nasheed, the Daily News reported.
“Good meeting with ... Wickremesinghe. The President has a great vision for green economic recovery and for Sri Lankan climate leadership,” he said.
Solheim was the chief architect of an internationally-backed peace process in Sri Lanka that tried to bring together the government and the Tamil Tigers to end long years of ethnic conflict.
